Waitlist Privacy Notice

The short version: we use your email only to send OshiSensei early-access invitations and closely related product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Signup time, the landing-page variant you saw (A/B), and the channel you came from (e.g. a
utm_sourcetag). - Our email provider may also process your IP address and email delivery activity (opens, bounces) on our behalf.
How we use it
- To send early-access (beta) invitations, launch timing, and important product updates about OshiSensei.
- To measure which landing-page version and channels people signed up from (aggregate counts only).
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who processes it
Signups are stored with Brevo, our email service provider, which processes this data on our behalf. Website analytics are privacy-preserving and do not receive your email address.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after the app becomes generally available — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; when you unsubscribe, we delete your data except a minimal suppression record so we don't email you again.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 13 and older. If we learn a signup is from someone under 13, we will stop emailing them and delete the record within 30 days.
